This role is an HR Apprenticeship, supporting our manufacturing facility. This opportunity will be supported by a Level 3 HR Apprenticeship. In your day to day responsibilities you will cover HR Administration, Employee Relations & HR Policies/ Legislation and Employee Experience.


This HR Apprenticeship has responsibility for our Newbury site and other associated sites (Worksop and Winsford) Travel at no more than 10%.


Your first six months will be spent in the HR function to give you a fundamental appreciation of how HR operates, developing your understanding of HR policy, advice, systems, process and employee experience. This foundation will be invaluable as you move into future responsibilities. You will have a foundational opportunity to experience HR Administration and HR Policies.


The next part of your apprenticeship you will develop your HR skillset on the foundations you will have built. During this next focus you will have opportunity to focus on both HR business partner and HR service delivery areas. You will take on responsibilities focusing on talent, people and culture as well as an introduction to compensation, benefits and HR systems. Employee Experience will be a particular focus for you during this time.


In your final 6 months, you will take what you have learnt and make a decision to focus towards either HR Services or HR Business Partnering. We will support you to develop your future career in either specialism or a hybrid approach.
