Job Summary
The Foreman is responsible for scheduling, co-ordinating and supervising the work of all site operatives, ensuring that all work is delivered safely on time and within budget along with managing equipment and materials required, This involves ensuring all Company and legal regulations are implemented, that all required documentation is completed as necessary and recording daily work on site.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Report production progress to superiors.
- Develop a work schedule for workers.
- Supervise all production workers.
- Be the liaison between workers and superiors.
- Solve disputes & conflicts between workers & multiple shifts.
- Ensure that a production is adequately staffed.
- Assign tasks to workers as per production requirement.
- Ensure that the production is staying on or under budget within timelines.
- Implement Company requirements and legal regulations, paying specific attention to legislation, process and quality.
- Carry out and record site inspections.
- Ensure all works are carried out in line with approved method statements.
- Conduct and amend risk assessments and deliver toolbox talks/briefings.
- Ensure site personnel have job relevant training requirements.

Education and Experience
- ITI/ diploma electrical or equivalent from recognised university & institute in India is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology field from recognised university & institute in india
- 2-3 Yrs. Experience with manufacturing facility.
- Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to demonstrate solid written and oral communication skills.
