GENERAL SUMMARY

Supply Chain Administrator is responsible for managing all project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution between internal teams and clients. The role involves coordinating with UK and USA facilities, facilitating smooth documentation flow, and supporting the supply chain and internal control processes. This individual will act as a key liaison between clients, production, procurement, and quality assurance teams, ensuring alignment of documentation with project schedules and client requirements.

 

 

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Documentation Management:
  • Handle and manage all project-related documents (technical, commercial, etc.) ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Prepare and update comments resolution sheets, tracking feedback from clients and internal teams.
  • Assign returned documents to factories and track status updates.
  • Distribute revised documents to clients and ensure all document changes are clearly communicated.
  1. Client and Internal Coordination:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for documentation between clients and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with the UK and USA facilities to ensure proper documentation flow.
  • Track and monitor the review cycle of documentation, ensuring on-time submission to clients.
  1. Order Release and Internal Control:
  • Assist with the release of orders for internal control (IC) requirements, ensuring compliance with client and project specifications.
  • Liaise with procurement and production teams to facilitate smooth documentation and order processing.
  1. Supply Chain Support:
  • Assist the supply chain team with day-to-day tasks including tracking shipments, managing inventories, and resolving documentation-related issues.
  • Collaborate with different departments (production, procurement, quality assurance) to ensure alignment of documentation with project schedules.
  1. Reporting:
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all document submissions, revisions, and approvals.
  • Generate periodic reports on documentation status, providing visibility into the process for both internal stakeholders and clients.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor of Business Administration and 3 to 5 years of related experience.

 

 

Other Requirements

  • Immediate Joiner
  • Own visa sponsorship
  • Willing to work on a 6-month contract.
