Job Summary

The Position Holder will report directly to the Global Commercial Excellence Leader and will be responsible for identifying, analysing, and optimizing business processes in order to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase effectiveness. This may involve conducting process mapping and analysis, gathering, and analysing data, developing, and implementing process improvements, and providing training and support to team members.

 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review current commercial policies and identify areas of the organization that could benefit from process improvement, such as bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or quality issues
  • Conducting process mapping and analysis to understand current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Gathering and analysing data to support process improvement efforts, such as process times, error rates, and customer satisfaction data
  • Developing and implementing process improvements, such as streamlining steps, automating processes, or introducing new tools or technologies
  • Providing training and support to team members to help them understand and utilize new processes and tools
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that process improvements are aligned with overall business objectives
  • Maintaining documentation of process improvements and their outcomes
  • Ensure that efficient and effective training programs are developed, maintained, and sustained regarding policies, procedures, and standards, globally
  • Conducts audits for measuring performance
  • Evaluate audits results, report and implement strategies to improve process efficiency
