SAP Finance & Controlling expert providing systems implementation, module development and troubleshooting support within the global Celeros team. The SAP FICO Support Specialist should ensure IT services are delivered in accordance with operational processes. The SAP FICO Support Specialist will work closely with the Global SAP FICO Manager and role will be based at our Bangalore office

- Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Implementation and support of SAP Financial business systems
- Perform as ‘module expert’ and provide support for SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules and processes for all units within Flow Technology
- Provide SAP FICO support to Business Units and Shared Service Center’s
- Business systems project management and team participation
- Troubleshoot SAP and business process issues reported by operations
- Provide SAP FICO support to Business Units, Shared Service Centre and Key Business Stakeholders

- Attention to detail and capable of maintain high level of accuracy
- Ability to influence Executive level staff and contribute to accounting and measurement development
- Ability to understand, validate and rationalize business needs within the accounting and financial management environment
- Configuration and implementation of SAP FICO all sub-modules, FSCM is an advantage
- Configuration and implementation of specific SAP FICO sub-modules (CO-PA, CO-PCA, CO-PC)
- Strong understand of financial integration of SAP Sub Modules (SD-MM) and BW
- Professional - high standards and attention to detail
- Flexible and pro-active
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Available and able to travel for short term overseas assignments
- Anticipates events and plans accordingly

- Education and Experience
- At least 4-8 years’ experience of SAP financial processes development within a large-scale manufacturing / engineering organization or as SAP FICO Analyst for IT Services Consulting Company. Global stakeholder management will be preferred
- Graduation in relevant courses in Commerce/ information technology, full time course from recognised university and institute in India
- Ability to analyse and document current state and to-be processes using standard process mapping methods and tools
- Proven and demonstrable knowledge of general SAP Finance and Controlling functions, data and organization structures
- Configuration and support for specific SAP FICO sub-modules (FAM, CO-PA, CO-PCA, CO-PC)
- Knowledge of integration between SAP FICO and other mainstream SAP modules
- Knowledge of Avalara, SAP integration and SAP solution manager.
- FICO Team participant for at least 2-3 full cycle SAP implementation projects
- Fluent English language skills
