Job Summary

HR Coordinator will be part of the India HR team supporting mainly on Recruitment and HR Operations for India Business. Responsibilities include screening profiles through various sources, scheduling interviews, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure closure of all open jobs within the timeline defined by the organization . This position will be based at our Bangalore office and will report to the HR Manager, India. This will be on long term contract role and will be placed through third party service provider. Candidate should have experience in hiring mechanical engineering/ manufacturing  roles

 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for entire gamut of hiring process including onboarding of new employee for India region.
  • Screen from  SuccessFactors and Job portal for getting suitable profiles for each open position.
  • Co-ordinate with candidates, recruitment vendors, manager, and HR team for scheduling interviews
  • Ensure to follow the TAT and recruitment process set by the organization.
  •  Ensure to get the medical test and Background verification done for onboarding candidates.
  • Support the HRBP on HR Operations at Bangalore office including preparation of various letters, confirmation process and  handling employee queries

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Should have worked on Mechanical engineering /non-IT hiring  /manufacturing hiring.
  • Should be able to Multitask and work in complex business environment with global managers and leaders.
  • Should be able to understand and work on HR systems – SAP SuccessFactors
  • Excellent communication skills – Verbal and written.
  • Should have good knowledge in using MS office suite especially excel
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and practices in similar set up
  • Desire and ability to work in a global team with a result driven approach

 

Education and Experience

  • 2-6 yrs. of work experience in a recruitment role handling  clients or directly working in mechanical engineering/manufacturing roles and generic Non-IT roles. IT recruitment experience is not preferred.
  • Should have worked in manufacturing/industrial/mechanical MNC organization/clients. Hands-on front end user experience of any HRIS tool – SuccessFactors is preferred. MS Excel proficiency is must
  • Graduation with HR Specialization in regular course from recognized university and institute in India
