Job Summary

The HR Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the human resources department by analyzing and executing HR processes, implementing improvements, and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR systems and procedures. This role involves data analysis, process management, and problem-solving skills to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations within the organization. This will be a contract role for 1 year and will be placed through third party service provider. Candidate should have experience in SuccessFactor.

 

 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

· Manage HR mailbox and triaging of HR tickets

· Supports employee life cycle actions with offer, change, or acknowledgement letters as well as data entry into related systems

· Manage new hire electronic entry and personnel file creation

· Partner with other team members and functional areas to investigate and resolve escalated employee issues

· Support effective and timely communications to employees

· Support annual processes such as performance reviews, reporting requests, and benefit enrolment cycles

· Participate in HR projects and initiatives, providing related support and ensuring successful project outcomes.

· Ensures compliance with regulations and company policies

· Assists in the development, maintenance, and administration of position structures

· Support effective and timely communications to employees

· Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and documentation for HR systems and processes

· Research & provide guidance for travel & expense Inquiries.

· Assist In the development of training and communication materials

· Ensure the integrity of data within HR systems. Periodically coordinate audits to ensure data is available to meet business requirements and to ensure data reliability

· Support on-going HR governmental, vendor, and business reporting requirements

Education and Experience

· Related Degree is required

· Experience In Success Factors Mandatory

· Hands on Experience on Onboarding and EC Module

· 5 to 7 years of professional HR Operations or Shared Services experience

· Experience with other HR-related software is a plus

· Must have Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

· Strong analytical background with an ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

· General knowledge of HR practices, labour and pay laws, and regulations
